All apartments are modern and bright, some with balcony. Beautiful tiled shower bathrooms with WC. For self-catering kitchenette with electric plates, refrigerator
and refrigerator compartment. Mostly solid wood furniture, and comfortable metal-free beds. Washable, allergy-friendly bed inlets. Bath and bed linen made of natural fibres.

Radio waves and electric situation
- There are no permanent transmitters, such as DECT telephones (wireless phone) and WIFI routers, either in the house or in the apartments.
- No wireless or Bluetooth-controlled household appliances and entertainment electronics, neither in the house nor in the apartments.
- Mobile phones can send and receive in the apartments.
- Distance to the nearest mobile phone pole approx. 1 km, see map of the Federal Network Agency.
- Each apartment has its own electrical switch box.
- no photovoltaic or satellite dish on the roof or at the house.
- no readable energy meters.
- There are no electricity pylons or high-voltage pylons and cables.
- According to the city, the beach is still Wifi-free, in contrast to many other beaches of coastal cities.
Please inform us before booking that you are planning a low fun holiday, so that we can take this into account when planning your booking.

Within walking distance from our house there are various shopping facilities, such as bakers, confectioners, drinks and aldimarket, doctors, pharmacy, post office,
bicycle rental as well as various restaurants, a sea water outdoor pool and many other leisure activities.
In Cuxhaven you will also find the organic supermarket "Aleco" with biobistro, a health food store, the weekly market with regional products twice a week, the
thalassotherapy centre, an adventure wave pool with spa centre and sauna area, the national park centre and much more. (Map at the bottom)
TIP: A car-free vacation is comfortably possible with us due to the good cycle paths and pedestrian infrastructure!
How to find us
- Near Airports: Bremen airport 100 km, Hamburg Fuhlsbüttel 120 km.
- Train: Cuxhaven Central Station is connected to the big cities of Hamburg, Bremen/Bremerhaven every hour. From the trainstation, a bus runs directly to the spa
areas, and taxis are also available at the station. Our bus stop "Steinmarner Straße" is only a few minutes walk away, line 1006 or 1007.
